Service 01

Medication Management

Writing the prescription takes a few minutes. Finding the right dose, watching what it actually does, and adjusting it over months is the real work — and it's the part a fifteen-minute visit can't hold.

VisitWhat happens
Initial evaluation
1–2 hours
Full psychiatric and developmental history, current concerns, prior treatment, medical review, and a working formulation. You leave with a plan, not just a prescription.
Early follow-up
Typically 2–4 weeks
Response check, side effect review, vitals where relevant, and dose adjustment. Early visits are closer together on purpose.
Maintenance
Every 1–3 months
Interval set by what's happening, not by a scheduling policy. Rating scales repeated so progress is measured rather than remembered.
Between visitsSecure messaging through the patient portal for questions, refills, and side effect concerns.

Controlled substances, including stimulants, are prescribed only after an adequate evaluation and in accordance with Michigan requirements, including the state prescription monitoring program. Refills require an established treatment relationship and current follow-up.

What we prescribe for

  • ADHD — stimulant and non-stimulant
  • Anxiety disorders and OCD
  • Depression and mood conditions
  • Irritability and aggression in autism
  • Sleep difficulties in neurodivergent patients

And what we won't: there is no medication that treats autism itself. We prescribe for the things that travel alongside it — anxiety, sleep, attention, irritability — and we'll always be clear with you about which is which. Be careful with anyone who promises more than that.

Service 02

Evaluation & Assessment

A diagnosis is only as useful as the document it comes with. Our assessments end in a written report designed to be handed to the people who need to act on it.

ADHD Evaluation

A structured assessment across two to three appointments.

  • Clinical interview and developmental history
  • Standardized rating scales from multiple settings — home, school, or work
  • Differential review — sleep, anxiety, trauma, and learning disorders all imitate ADHD
  • Written report suitable for school, university disability services, or an employer
  • A results appointment to go through the findings properly

Autism Evaluation

Offered for adults now. For children, autism is assessed inside every evaluation, and we help families waiting on a diagnostic center start treatment sooner.

  • Adults. A full developmental and psychiatric history, validated self-report measures including camouflaging, collateral where you want it, and a written report with the reasoning. $895, all-inclusive
  • Children and teenagers. Autism is part of the differential in every evaluation we do, at no extra charge
  • If you are waiting on a diagnostic center. Blue Cross allows ABA to begin before that evaluation is finished. We provide the documentation the ABA provider needs to request it
  • We treat what travels with it. Anxiety, sleep, attention, irritability. This is the part we are genuinely the right people for
  • We coordinate afterward. With the ABA team, speech and occupational therapists, and the school, once services are in place

Our evaluation fees are all-inclusive — every appointment, the rating scales, the written report and the results visit are covered by the one price. Nothing is billed on top. Full detail is on the fees page.

Service 03

Family & School Support

A plan that only exists inside our office isn't a plan. Most of a child's life happens somewhere else, which is where the plan has to work.

Time with parents

Appointments without your child in the room when that’s more useful — strategy, school planning, behavioral questions, and the things you’d rather not say in front of them.

School documentation

Letters and reports written to support IEP and 504 requests — specific enough that a school team can act on them.

Care coordination

With your written permission, we talk to therapists, ABA teams, pediatricians, and school staff so everyone is working from the same plan.

Ready when you are.

Start with a free 20-minute call. No charge, no pressure, and an honest answer about whether we're the right fit.
